While you can always checkout as a guest, creating an account when you checkout is highly recommended. The steps to create an account are the same as to checkout as a guest, but there are many advantages. Here are a few:
- With your purchase, you will earn valuable loyalty points which you can then use to get discounts on purchases
- After you purchase, you may want to check on your order, or process a return, you can only do that with a valud account.
- Lets say you make a mistake while inputing your email or shipping address during checkout. With an account, you can easily login and make changes.
- And lastly, if you need help with anything, simply reach out to us, and we will easily be able to pull up your account.

Because of the way our orders are processed, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed. We do understand that special circumstances sometimes require adjustments to an order to be made. In such cases, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you see that an item is out of stock, but has an expected delivery date, then you can backorder it. If there is no delivery date, then give us a call or email us and we will gladly tell you when the item will arrive again.

if you live in California, then yes, you may have to pay state sales tax. Also, please be prepared to pay a duty and/or VAT if you are having the item shipped outside of the USA. Please consult your local customs representative to find out if and how much tax you will have to pay.

DELIVERY
Yes we do. We ship everywhere in the word! Transit time for all packages to major world destinations is between 3-20 business days, depending on the destination and shipping option.

If your order is completed before 10:30 am PST, and in stock at our main warehouse, then it will ususally ship the same same day. Orders for in-stock items completed after 10:30 am PST will ususally be shipped the following day.
You can either change your address by logging into your accountor by sending us an email with your order number.
No, shipping cost is separate from product cost. That being said, if you are inside the US, and meet a low order value requirement, then shipping is free.

Yes, we do allow returns for exchange, store credit and refund.
