Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. That’s why we're happy to offer exchanges to help you find the perfect fit.
First Exchange (Free):
Your first exchange is completely free, with no restocking fees or additional charges.
Additional Exchanges:
Additional exchanges are allowed; however, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. A maximum of two exchanges per order is permitted.
Preferential Processing:
Exchanges are processed with priority upon arrival at our warehouse.
Shipping:
Free shipping applies to your original order. Discounted shipping is available for your first exchange. Standard shipping rates apply to additional exchanges.
Please do not require a signature upon delivery. If delivery is missed due to a signature requirement, we cannot retrieve the package.
Timeframe:
Items must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Returns outside this period are not accepted.
Condition:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, or smoke will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Refunds & Store Credit
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help! Returns are accepted for non-custom or made-to-order items.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only available if no exchange has been made on the order.
- Returns within 15 days: 15% restocking fee
- Returns within 16–30 days: 20% restocking fee
- After 30 days: Not eligible for refund
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
After an Exchange:
Once an exchange has been completed, refunds are no longer available. Any additional returns will be issued as store credit only.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be in original condition
- Unworn and unwashed
- All tags attached
- Original packaging included
Items with wear, stains, odors, smoke, or removed packaging (including personal care items) will not be accepted.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Do not require a signature upon delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items purchased with store credit vouchers
- Clearance and discounted items (final sale)
