Returns are accepted for exchange or refund. Please see below for details
Refunds: Refunds are granted for items that are not custom made, or made to order. We understand that shopping online for that perfect dress or a stunning pair of shoes can be a difficult proposition, so we are glad to make the process a little bit simpler for you. Returns will be accepted for refund, minus a 15% restocking fee and original cost of shipping. To qualify for a refund, the item must be post marked in the mail within 5 days of delivery. Please allow 24 hours for a return request to be answered. Items that show evidence of wear, smell like smoke, have stains (make-up, grass), body odor, or smell like cigarette smoke will not be accepted and returned immediately to sender at the sender's expense. If there are any tags, they must be attached, and condition of the item shipped must be undoubtedly original. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges back. Items ordered using a store credit voucher are not eligible for a refund. All returned items will automatically be accepted for exchange unless otherwise indicated.
Exchanges: Items may be exchanged completely free of charge, with all restocking fees waived. Buyer is responsible for shipping. Item must be post marked for exchange within 14 days of delivery. Instruction to return an item back:
1. Go to http://wardrobeshop.com
2. Login to your account
3. After logging in, click "Order History and Details"
4. Find your order, and click "Details"
5. Scroll down to the itemized list of items you purchased and click the checkbox to the left of the item you want to send back.
6. Scroll down to the text box just below "Merchandise Return" and tell us briefly why you need to return the item and click “REQUEST RMA SLIP”
7. That’s it! We will take over from there and handle everything else, and email you instructions to send the item back. If you need to follow up about the request, you are more than welcome to do so by sending us an email or by calling us.
